Tanzania Gold Mine

Seeking Investors for Promising Gold Mine in Tanzania’s Tanga Region

Opportunity Presented by Tunastahili Group Limited – Invest Offshore Exclusive

Tunastahili Group Limited is actively seeking strategic investment partners for a promising gold exploration license located in Mvungwe village, Kilindi District, Tanga Region, Tanzania. Backed by a comprehensive 2019 geological and geochemical study, the project site (PML 015048 EZ) spans 9.45 hectares within one of the most geologically prospective zones of East Africa.

Why Invest?

1. Verified Gold Anomalies with High Potential
The detailed exploration campaign conducted by geologist J.E. Matalu identified structurally and lithologically controlled gold mineralization trends that align with regional shear zones. Gold values as high as 0.039g/t were confirmed in surface soils with corresponding anomalies in pathfinder elements such as arsenic, copper, and nickel—hallmarks of gold-bearing hydrothermal systems.

2. Strategic Geological Setting
The project sits within the Proterozoic Usagaran Supergroup, a reworked Archean crust known to host significant gold deposits. The mineralized rocks—garnet-amphibolite gneiss, actinolite-tremolite, and sulphide-bearing quartz veins—exhibit deformation and metamorphism patterns consistent with other major goldfields like the Lake Victoria Greenstone Belt.

3. Active Artisanal Mining Nearby
Gold has been historically extracted by artisanal miners in adjacent PMLs, indicating shallow mineralization zones and near-surface potential for early-stage recovery. This reduces early CAPEX requirements and provides immediate insight into mineralized trends.

4. Accessible Location with Infrastructure
Located just 189 km from Gairo on an all-weather paved road, the site enjoys year-round access, favorable topography, and mobile network coverage—important logistical advantages for development, staffing, and security.

Exploration Highlights

  • 35 soil samples collected with gold anomalies concentrated along a NE/SW shear zone.
  • Coincidence of gold with arsenic, copper, and nickel supports the presence of structurally controlled gold mineralization.
  • High-grade metamorphic lithologies consistent with productive East African gold terrains.
  • IP geophysical surveys and shallow drilling recommended as next exploration steps.

Investment Structure

Tunastahili Group Limited is open to joint ventures, equity participation, or strategic offtake agreements with partners interested in advancing the project to the drilling and feasibility study phase. Investors will benefit from early-stage entry into a derisked, technically validated gold opportunity in a mining-friendly jurisdiction.

Next Steps

This is a shovel-ready exploration play requiring capital to mobilize shallow drilling, IP surveys, and trenching. With early indicators pointing to economically viable gold mineralization and artisanal production as proof-of-concept, this project presents an excellent value entry.
